She began her sales career in 1984 consistently ranking in the “Top Performers Winners Circle” nationally. She owns the title “All Time National Sales Record” for two corporations she has worked. Barbara began her instructional design and training career in 1995. Having instructed to over 18,000 participants including recognized surgical residents and medical professionals.

Barbara was an integral part of an organization that performed at an optimum and ranking on Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” three consecutive years and was the Senior Performance Banking Officer for a team named by ASTD (American Society of Training & Development) as one of the “Best 5 Learning Organizations in the World”.

She is an accomplished entrepreneur and grew up in the residential and commercial real estate development/building industry in the Texas Coastal Bend Area. Her Grandfather, Father, Brother, Great Uncle, Uncle and Cousins all owned residential and commercial real estate companies and her father established a reputation as an expert in concrete and began commercial development in the late 70’s.

Barbara has served as gala chair for many years raising over one-million dollars for national and local nonprofits. She was named volunteer of the year by the Houston West Chamber in 2009 & 2010

Barbara Personally:

Barbara is active in National Politics and supporting our military and is devoted to and very proud of her American roots, having traced her family in the United States to the 1400’s, Native Americans and her English ancestors are the First Families of Virginia dating pre-Jamestown.

Barbara’s love for others and her relationships are important to her and her relationships span throughout her life. Her extensive travels have allowed her to seek out and understand different dynamics, cultures, and behaviors. She has lived in Texas, Boston, California and landing back in Texas in 1992 and has lived in Houston since 1996. Her travels have allowed her to meet and become friends with many amazing people, some of whom are very famous. Her close friendship with Wayne Newton & his wife for over 30 years is one of her joys. Barbara is comfortable wherever she is, whether it is with strangers she meets, 4-star generals, celebrities, Barbara over the years has been around many celebrities, Dean Martin, Glenn Frye, Mort Viner, Freddy Otash, Mark Moreno, Nicole Simpson, David Letterman.

Barbara is deeply committed to love, sacrifice and results as demonstrated in her young daughter. As an only parent, she raised her daughter to believe in herself, live a life of acknowledgment and appreciation and produce outstanding results and never ever be at the effect of circumstances, yours or others, never be at the effect of weaknesses, to be appreciative and grateful always. At 22 years old, her daughter was finishing up her last college semester at Liberty University and was a White House Intern and within 30 days, was hired as a presidential appointee for the White House. She worked full time and completed her double major in History and International relations with a 4.0, 200 credited hours in 4-years, top 1/5 % of her class. She is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish, can Interpret Hebrew, about 40% fluent in written and spoken Russian and is currently taking Arabic. Her daughter spent 4 summers in Washington DC as an intern, her final summer she was selected to serve on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
